Stages of Deterioration in the Human Body

The Moment Of Death:
1. The heart stops.
2. The skin gets tight and ashen in color.
3. All the muscles relax.
4. The bladder and bowels empty.
5. The body temperature begins to drop 1 1/2 degrees Fahrenheit per hour.

After 30 minutes:
6. The skin gets purple and waxy.
7. The lips, fingernails, and toenails fade to a pale color.
8. Blood pools at the bottom of the body.
9. The hands and feet turn blue.
10. The eyes sink into the skull.

After 4 hours:
11. Rigor mortis has set in.
12. The purpling of the skin and the pooling of the blood continue.
13. Rigor continues to tighten muscles for another 24 hours or so.

After 12 hours:
14. The body is in full rigor mortis.

After 24 hours:
15. The body is now the temperature of the surrounding environment.
16. In males, the semen dies.
17. The head and neck are now a greenish-blue color.
18. The greenish-blue color spreads to the rest of the body.
19. There is a pervasive smell of rotting meat.

After 3 days:
20. The gas in the body tissues forms large blisters on the skin.
21. The whole body begins to bloat and swell grotesquely.
22. Fluids leak from the mouth, nose, vagina, and rectum.

After 3 weeks:
23. The skin, hair, and nails are so loose they can easily be pulled off the corpse.
24. The skin bursts open on many places on the body.
25. Decomposition will continue until the body is nothing but skeletal remains, a process that can take a month or so in hot climates, and two months or more in cold climates.

UPDATE.

I’ve been super MIA lately, main reason being is because Tumblr was one of the things I gave up for lent. So I figured I’d do a quick update before 12. Last week, was the DB team’s trip to Arizona :) 4 day out of CA was a lot of fun. We won 9/10 races and got first in our division. The hotel was pretty fun too. and etc. too lazy to talk about everything.

Friday: Taryn took Nicole, Shannon and I to Tapioca. Chilled there, I went home and they went home. Nicole came over with Shannon and her bike. Went to Maggi’s and we pumped up our bikes. And we decided to wait for the DB heads to come back from the beach to go Boomers, but they lagged and it didn’t fall through. So we went biking around the park. We got picked up, and we went to Wingstop with Dennis, Mary, Kenny, Frederick, Kevin and Andrew. Then headed to Brandon’s. And shannon spent the night

Saturday: Picked up by Dennis. headed to Foster City, and instead of having early practice, we had a BBQ. Then had like.. a 3 hour continual practice -_- Drove back and chilled at IHS for an hour tryna decide what to do, then we all split up. andad aidj sfjagkfdjgrg. GOOD NIGHT!

WELL, I passed up my Winter Ball for the AZ race, these next three months is gonna hurt my.. already empty wallet. So technically my bank account and card since I reactivated it. Bought lunch/dinner 5+ times for other people since I activated it last week. Gaahhhh.

Friday: Paintballed at SC for 3 hours and ended up with a huge multicolored bruise on my inner thigh -_- . After, we went to Wingstop on Brokaw. Ate with everyone, then headed home.

Saturday: Kelvin came over, washed my car, went to in and out with the kids, Callie, Jason and Kelvin. Went home, spent time with the boyfriend. After he left, went to Maggi’s. Nicoles momma took us to Adriel’s, watched the guys play games. Dennis took us to Nicoles. Watched tv, chilled. and went home.

Sunday: Stayed home, did some hw. Kelvin, Kenneth and James stopped by. Kelvin spent the night (: .

Monday: Woke up next to my Princess<3, went out for lunch, came home, went to Maggi’s. Did hw while they watched Pretty Little Liars, Darkness and Frederick came over. They made sushi and watched TV.

Good weekend ANNNDD tomorrow we have school and that sucks.

Christmas Break
The thought of going back to school tomorrow is just soo.. ick. -_- All in all, break was pretty decent. More of a chill break rather than exciting. Spent most of the time with my family, best friends, and boyfriend. Went to SF, did a bunch of ridiculous trips to the mall, opened presents, days at home, bunch of ps3 games, Maggi’s house, Nicole’s, Kelvin’s, Kitty Cat’s, Ryan’s. etc. Alan’s birthday dinner, Family from TX left yesterday :\ I got to pierce my little cousins ears, took awhile because she was hella scared, and she ended up tearing up before I even pierced it. After, I went to Yogurt twist and bought her yogurt as a part of the deal. ;D Uhm, ate out… too much for my liking. These past two weeks were a blur.. so i don’t really remember much

New Years Eve & New Years

On NYE, David, Pai and Maggi picked me up, and we went to Cassie’s. I only stayed for a little less than two hours. Hung around the living room, watched them play xbox, eat, went to the back yard and bonfired. Took a bunch of group pictures. Jason came to get me, and he dropped me off at home. So I waited for Kelvin to get dropped off. Ended up missing the countdown and the whole midnight thing by 1-2 minutes :\ Yesterday, stayed home with the cousins, went to Kelvin’s, Target, McD’s, picked up Ryan, went to Starbucks, then went to visit Cat when she got back SoCal :) . Chilled for awhile and headed home around 11:40? Got home, and the boyfriend came over and spent the night :D. Woke up at.. 1? Headed to Iguana’s with brothers gf, her sister, cousins, kelvin and James. Came home.. and yeah. that’s about it. Jist of what I did this break
